Supportive Environment

Our WE CARE educational environment begins the moment you contact Boardman Training Center. As part of your admission process, you’ll work with an admissions team member who will answer any questions you have and help create an individual career plan for you.

Once enrolled at Boardman Training Center, our small class sizes and dedicated faculty and staff will help you gain the skills and knowledge you’ll need to succeed in your career. We are committed to ensuring that every student receives a one-on-one educational experience.

When completing your classes, you will be provided with services to help prepare you to enter the workforce, including resume help, interview practice, and career advising by our career services team.

Fast-Track Programs

Boardman Training Center offers a unique educational approach, offering hands-on programs that can be completed in a matter of weeks. This allows students to quickly prepare for a new career rather than attending school for four to six years.

Our accelerated programs include Cardio Phlebotomy, EKG Technician, Phlebotomy Technician, and Medical Office Specialist. These programs are designed to provide you with the exact skills you need for your new career.

Earn Certifications

As a student at Boardman Training Center, you will also be prepared to sit for specific National Healthcareer Association (NHA) certification* exams. Students enrolled in the Medical Office Specialist program will be trained to sit for valuable certification exams, including Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA)*, Certified Medical Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS)*, and Certified Electronic Health Records Specialist (CEHRS)*. Students in the Phlebotomy Technician or Cardio Phlebotomy programs will prepare to sit for the Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT)* exam. Those who complete the EKG Technician or Cardio Phlebotomy programs will be trained for the Certified EKG Technician (CET)* exam.
