Meet Jennifer Fellows, our Boardman Training Center’s Admissions Team Member!
Jennifer Fellows is one of the many friendly faces you can expect to see at the Boardman Traning Center, and she is often your first point of contact as a student. Working in admissions, Jennifer assists incoming and existing students with the enrollment process, scheduling classes, and helping to ensure that every student has a positive experience at BTC.
Jennifer brings a unique perspective to the Boardman Training Center team, as before working as an admissions team member, she was a BTC student herself.
First, completing the Cardio Phlebotomy program at BTC, then continuing to the Medical Office Specialist program, set Jennifer up to gain a wide array of skills that she would apply to her healthcare career. Jennifer was a cosmetologist before coming to Boardman Training Center for 21 years. She decided that she wanted to pursue a career in healthcare where she was able to work with people and make a difference in their lives.
Now, Jennifer is making an impact on the lives of Boardman Training Center students! Her role in the student experience is so important to her that her “work isn’t really work.” “It is really just helping people set small goals for big wins,” she said. “Making them realize we are here supporting them through all of the processes they have to go through. So when they graduate, they will do the same for their patients.”

From day one, the Boardman Training Center team is in your corner and ready to support you on the path to your dream career. “My favorite part is meeting all the students,” Jennifer said. “I love meeting new people and helping people find their goals in healthcare.”
Jennifer strives to put a smile on everyone’s face, both at work and at home. So, when Jennifer isn’t working, you can find her hanging out with her family. “Whether it is outside for laser tag, inside for movies, or at a public function, I just like to make memories with them that will last a lifetime,” she said. “So when they are my age, they can say, ‘Remember when we did this?’”
