The Benefits of Earning a Certification

When choosing an educational path, it is important that students receive the skills and knowledge needed to get hired in their field. One of the benefits of attending Boardman Training Center is that our students are prepared to sit for NHA certification* exams specific to their industry. Earning a certification shows employers that you not only possess the knowledge but show that you are qualified to apply it in the workplace.

The National Healthcareer Association is a third-party agency that grants students with certifications in many allied health industries. By obtaining your certification, you show employers that you have completed your education, grasped the necessary concepts, and can confidently apply your hands-on skills. Certifications are also a great way to stay up to date on industry best practices, meaning your employer will feel confident knowing you can perform your job according to industry standards.
